Urza's Assistant is the highest Rated MTG app in the Windows Marketplace!
When I got my Samsung Focus in late 2010, I realized that the Windows Phone platform lacked a descent MTG app. Introduced in the app store in early 2011, Urza's Assistant is one of the highest ranked, as well as most ranked, MTG apps.
